When we learned Chicago Agent Magazine was planning a story on how the pandemic moved the conversation forward, we knew Taylor Johnson clients Baker Development Corp. and Mary Cook Associates (MCA) would be a great fit. At Baker’s ELEVATE apartments in Lincoln Park, the developer upgraded air filtration in common areas and added a UV device to sanitize units as part of the turnover process. At Oleander, a multifamily development in the Atlanta suburb of Brookhaven, MCA took a holistic approach to wellness when designing the common areas, which is reflected in everything from color and material selections to the overall functionality of indoor and outdoor amenities.
