With one of the most diverse graduate-level real estate student bodies in the country, Taylor Johnson client Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate (MBIRE) has seen a rise over the past year from banks, wealth management and private equity firms in recruiting its Black graduates and students. So, when a Bisnow reporter was working on a story to see if recruiting interest had increased at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) based on industry vows to promote inclusion, we knew Collete English Dixon, executive director of MBIRE, would be a great source.
