As we emerge from the pandemic, many are eager to return to the city to live and work – and some new luxury towers like Parkline Chicago, where both apartments and condominiums are available, have come to market at just the right time to meet demand. We connected Taylor Johnson client Moceri + Roszak, developer of Parkline Chicago, with the editor of Urbanize Chicago to provide an update on the downtown rental and condo market, as well as insights on an expected return to Loop living. Construction is complete on Parkline Chicago, a new luxury tower with 24 condominiums atop 190 apartments, one block from Millennium Park. Residents can enjoy 22,000 square feet of amenity space, including this two-story, 18th-floor lounge with unobstructed park and lake views.
