As the pandemic continues to impact normal routines, home sales is one area where new tools and techniques are being used in tandem with an in-person experience to close the deal. When we heard about the steps being taken by Taylor Johnson client Lexington Homes at its newest communities – including Parkside of Glenview – to make it easier for potential buyers to navigate home tours, we shared the information with the Daily Herald’s local news outlet, the Glenview Herald. The resulting story, which also features TJ client Baird & Warner, highlights how Lexington is approaching new-home showings adapted for COVID-19, with enhanced 360-degree virtual tours, the use of Zoom and FaceTime for virtual walk-throughs, complimentary masks and gloves for visitors, and ramped-up cleaning practices in model homes and sales centers.
