Developer Wants To Remake Tinley Park Strip Mall
Known for being one of the largest owners and managers of single-family rentals in the Chicago area, Taylor Johnson client MACK Companies will soon be applying its redevelopment capabilities to the commercial market, too. As the Chicago Tribune reports, MACK has purchased Gateway Plaza, a two-building retail development in Tinley Park, which the firm plans to upgrade to a mixed-use building.
