A little rain didn’t stop Taylor Johnson client Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, from celebrating the grand opening of 61 Banks Street, the firm’s new boutique rental community on what was the last vacant lakefront parcel in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood.  Project partners, residents, media, neighbors and other special guests gathered last month for a first look inside the intimate eight-story building and the opportunity to tour its rooftop-level amenity spaces.
