Taylor Johnson client Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, looked to Dallas once again for its latest multifamily portfolio expansion: the acquisition of Crest at Las Colinas Station, a transit-oriented development in the suburb of Irving. The purchase continues Draper and Kramer’s strategy of expanding its portfolio nationally in high-growth markets such as Dallas, where the firm also acquired a 211-unit apartment community in the suburb of McKinney last year.
