When Taylor Johnson client Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, recently purchased the 211-unit St. Paul’s Square apartment community in McKinney, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, it wasn’t the team’s first rodeo in the Lone Star State. The Chicago firm also owns and manages two luxury rental properties in San Antonio that, like St. Paul’s Square, were part of the company’s strategy to expand its portfolio nationally with Class A properties in high-growth markets. We knew Dallas and national trade media would be interested in the St. Paul’s Square deal, so we shared the news widely, resulting in coverage in Bisnow Dallas-Ft. The property, part of Adriatica Village, a mixed-use development modeled after a Croatian fishing village, will be managed by Draper and Kramer and undergo updates to the common areas.

Draper and Kramer has acquired St. Paul’s Square, a 211-unit luxury rental community in McKinney, Texas, a suburb 30 miles north of Dallas.
