When Chicago Tribune Primetime reporter Jane Adler reached out to Taylor Johnson for sources to discuss downsizing, we tapped TJ clients Belgravia Group and North Shore Builders, 

both of which have new projects attracting buyers near or at retirement. In fact, we were able to connect the reporter with a buyer who is downsizing from Burr Ridge, Ill., to Belgravia’s new Renelle on the River luxury condo building for its ideal location in the “center of activity” along the Chicago River in downtown Chicago.
