Accolades keep rolling in for Taylor Johnson client Evergreen Real Estate Group and the firm’s Aurora St. Charles Senior Living community, with the most recent addition an Urban Land Institute Chicago 2018 Vision Award. 

The 60-unit affordable senior living community located in Aurora, Ill., won for excellence in the “Historic Art Deco” category. The project, which opened in December 2016, is the culmination of a $24 million redevelopment of the former St. Charles Hospital into a senior housing complex that restored and retained many of the building’s original Art Deco features, including terrazzo and stone flooring as well as detailing on the building’s exterior.
