In the early days of Illinois’ stay-at-home order to fight the COVID-19 pandemic, Taylor Johnson client Baird & Warner wasted no time looking for ways to help. Beyond setting in motion new processes to make buying and selling a home seamless and safe through virtual tools, the firm wanted to make a positive impact by helping the Chicagoland communities it’s called home for the past 165 years. Through its charitable Good Will Network, and in partnership with the Stephen W. and Susan M. Baird Foundation, Baird & Warner contributed $150,000 to the Chicago Community COVID-19 Response Fund. TJ knows firsthand how good news travels fast — and wide. We worked with Baird & Warner to share the story, resulting in coverage in Chicago Agent Magazine, the Daily Herald Business Ledger, InmanThe Real Deal Chicago and Yahoo Finance.

Baird & Warner recently announced a donation of $150,000 to support Chicagoland organizations that make sure families can access basic needs, such as emergency food and supplies, during the pandemic.
