Randy Fifield, chairwoman of Taylor Johnson client Fifield Cos., is a longtime supporter of and advocate for women in commercial real estate. On Thursday, Oct. 10, Fifield will partner with the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago (HBAGC) to host an event at the developer’s Gold Coast apartment community, The Sinclair, in support of HBAGC’s Women in Construction and Building Trades scholarship fund. Attendees are asked to donate business attire to Dress for Success, a not-for-profit that collects and distributes workplace attire and offers professional development tools to women seeking economic independence through employment.
