After years of delivering premier multifamily projects, Taylor Johnson client Fifield Cos. is heading back to its office roots with the purchase of 600 W. Jackson, a Daniel Burnham-designed loft office building in Chicago’s West Loop. The prolific Chicago developer will move its headquarters to the property and initiate a $3 million renovation, adding amenities such as a rooftop deck and bike room. Crain’s has the story.
