After years of speculation surrounding underutilized land at Madison and Halsted streets, Taylor Johnson client Fifield Realty Corp. and F&F Realty Ltd. recently broke ground at the site
, which will be home to 727 West Madison, a 492-unit luxury apartment tower. At 500 feet high, 727 West Madison will be the tallest building west of the Kennedy Expressway upon its completion in late 2018. Designed by FitzGerald Associates Architects, with interiors by TJ client Morgante Wilson Architects, 727 West Madison will offer best-in-class amenities and concierge-level services while sitting just steps away from the CBD and the West Loop’s premier restaurants.
