Fifield Realty Corp. Celebrates The Groundbreaking Of Logan Crossing
Last month, Taylor Johnson client Fifield Realty Corp. celebrated the groundbreaking of its first project in Logan Square: Logan Crossing.
Built on the site of the former Mega Mall indoor flea market, the mixed-use development will include 220 apartments and 62,000 square feet of retail, with a small-format Target as its flagship tenant. TJ invited Block Club Chicago to cover the groundbreaking, where Lindsey Senn, vice president of development for Fifield Realty Corp. discussed how the building’s architecture and interiors will reflect the historical and industrial nature of the neighborhood and include artwork salvaged from the MegaMall. Featuring a landscaped sun deck with a pool, grilling stations, dog run, bocce ball court, fire pit and more, along with a state-of-the-art fitness center, dedicated co-working space, and expansive bike room, Logan Crossing will offer a convenient and upscale work, live, play environment in the heart of one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
