Taylor Johnson client Fifield Realty Corp., the development arm of Fifield Cos., recently celebrated the grand opening of its latest luxury rental development, The Sinclair.

More than 1,200 guests attended the two-day grand opening event, which featured tours of six designer-decorated models and the 35,000-square-foot amenity floor, along with a pop-up shop from Trunk Club, paddleboard yoga in the pool, chef demonstrations and signature desserts. Taylor Johnson worked with Multi-Housing News to feature insights from Randy Fifield, chairwoman of Fifield Realty Corp., on the impact of the 390-unit luxury tower in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood.
