Fifield Realty Corp. Tops-Off The Sinclair and Begins Pre-leasing
Business partners, colleagues, friends and family joined Taylor Johnson client Fifield Realty Corp. last week to celebrate the topping off and pre-leasing of The Sinclair, the first new-construction luxury apartment tower to grace Chicago’s Gold Coast in 40 years. While the celebration featured a flash mob, it was the speeches from Randy Fifield, Alderman Brian Hopkins and Steve Fifield that stole the show. Rising 35 stories, The Sinclair will feature 390 apartments, a 35,000-square-foot deck, a 24-hour concierge, and a skybridge connecting to a new 58,000-square-foot flagship Jewel grocery at ground level.
