We always love promoting projects that involve multiple Taylor Johnson clients, and it happened yet again with the second phase of Wicker Park Connection, 

a luxury rental community developed by Hubbard Street Group and leased by Luxury Living Chicago Realty. The 15-story, 146-unit building steps from the Division Blue Line station was already nearly one-third leased as it welcomed its first residents earlier this month. Wicker Park Connection also includes a smaller first-phase residential building anchored by a small-format Target, which is slated to open this summer, as well as a public plaza called The Connection that will run between the two residential buildings, creating an art-filled walkway between Milwaukee Avenue and Division Street.
