Congratulations to Taylor Johnson client FitzGerald Associates Architects on its recent completion of the Stony Island Arts Bank, a long-vacant 26,000-square-foot former savings and loan bank in Chicago’s Grand Crossing neighborhood that was purchased from the City of Chicago for $1, saved from demolition and has been rehabilitated into an arts and cultural center. The project is a primary venue during the Chicago Architecture Biennial which began October 3 and runs through January 3, 2016.
