Foxford Communities Breaks Ground On Foxford Station Luxury Condominiums In Western Springs, Ill.
Congratulations to Taylor Johnson client Foxford Communities, which recently broke ground on Foxford Station, a luxury condominium building in downtown Western Springs.
Scheduled to deliver in fall of 2018, Foxford Station includes 28 luxury condominiums, 3,600 square feet of commercial space, and is the first transit-oriented development (TOD) of its kind in Western Springs. A ceremonial groundbreaking was held on July 25 to celebrate the redevelopment of the long-vacant Tischler Finer Foods and Breen’s buildings into the vibrant Foxford Station mixed-use development that will revitalize a prominent corner of downtown Western Springs.
