Taylor Johnson client Transwestern has been retained to sell the former Dairyland Greyhound Park in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Rebranded as the Midwest Innovation Center, the 228-acre site can accommodate up to 2.3 million square feet, making it ideal for a corporate headquarters campus or business park with space for manufacturing, warehousing and distribution. Knowing the size and history of the property, which hosted its last race in 2009, would pique the interest of local media, Taylor Johnson coordinated an on-site interview with Milwaukee’s Fox6 News.
