April 9, 2021

When real estate writer Barbara Ballinger was recently penning articles for the National Apartment Association’s premier monthly publication, UNITS Magazine, we offered sources from our deep bench of industry experts for two of her stories in this month’s issue. Principals from TJ clients Lucien LaGrange StudioMary Cook AssociatesRMK Management and Downtown Apartment Company all contributed to a story about the rising demand for balcony space in apartment homes, with Porte and The Cooper from TJ client Lendlease serving as prime examples. Meanwhile, clients BKV GroupMoceri + Roszak, Lucien LaGrange Studio and Downtown Apartment Company were featured in another piece about the trends that are driving changes to apartment parking garages.
