Fulton East Features Biophilic Design And State-Of-The-Art Tech For Health- And Wellness-Centric Office Environment
Securing a Sunday morning TV placement for a Taylor Johnson client is the best way to start the week. So, we were thrilled to work with Fox 32 Chicago after pitching an interview with Fulton East developer Bob Wislow to talk about the innovative health and wellness features at the 12-story, 90,000-square-foot office and retail building at 215 N. Peoria St. in Chicago’s Fulton Market District. Wislow and reporter Brittany Garzillo had an engaging conversation about Fulton East’s biophilic design elements, such as the private outdoor balconies on every floor and an 8,000-square-foot rooftop park, and the hygiene-friendly tech throughout the building – from the hands-free elevators to the air-and-surface sanitization system that kills bacteria and viruses. Now open and available for lease, Fulton East’s smaller floor plates and 12-foot floor-to-ceiling windows bring abundant sunlight into every space, and the balconies and rooftop provide quick access to fresh air. As Wislow explained, biophilic elements have been shown to improve worker productivity and creativity, as well as lower blood pressure. See the full Fox 32 Chicago interview here.
