Anticipating significant growth and expansion into new areas of Chicagoland this year, Taylor Johnson client Lexington Homes tapped real estate veteran Garrison Benson to join the firm as vice president of sales.  Benson, who manages sales for Lexington Homes’ five current townhome and single-family rowhome communities and will oversee the launch of a number of new communities and product types later this year, brings more than 30 years of residential sales, marketing and management experience to the homebuilder.
