How Presidential Towers Positioned Itself Back To Relevancy

As the West Loop became one of the most popular neighborhoods in the city, Presidential Towers remained stuck in the ’80s, with outdated units and a fortress-like exterior that shut Chicago’s largest rental community off from the outside world.

Newly renovated residences at Presidential Towers include a mix of spacious studio, convertible, one- and two-bedroom apartments.

That was until Taylor Johnson client Waterton Associates acquired the property in 2007, kicking off a multi-year redevelopment that included the addition of numerous amenities and a complete overhaul of the community’s 2,346 apartments.
