As the COVID-19 pandemic accelerates the growth of e-commerce, demand for Class A warehouse space remains a bright spot on the CRE landscape. That’s a trend Taylor Johnson recently leveraged for media attention as client HSA Commercial Real Estate announced the start of construction on the first phase of Bristol Highlands Commerce Center, a 1 million-square-foot speculative industrial development in Bristol, Wis., near I-94 and less than 5 miles away from the border of Wisconsin and Illinois. TJ worked with HSA to get the news out, generating coverage in Commercial Property Executive , RE Journals , REBusinessOnline , BizTimes , Connect Chicago and Bisnow Chicago . The drive for last-mile warehouse space is also evident at HSA Commercial’s other industrial park hubs, including Indiana, where the firm recently executed a lease with Mygrant Glass Company.

Work has begun on the initial phase of HSA Commercial Real Estate’s new 68-acre industrial development in Bristol, Wis., located along I-94 near the Illinois-Wisconsin border.
