At The Mayfair Collection, Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial Real Estate‘s 69-acre mixed-use center in Wauwatosa, Wis., Serendipity Labs is preparing to open suburban Milwaukee’s first coworking hub. TJ worked with the HSA Commercial team to coordinate sneak peek media previews of the 32,000-square-foot space, located at the base of Synergy, The Mayfair Collection’s first luxury rental community. As a result of our efforts, several local outlets covered the upcoming opening, including CBS 58, the Milwaukee Business Journal, BizTimes and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
