HSA recently announced two leases totaling 144,000 square feet in Indiana and southeast Wisconsin, underscoring the appeal of both markets as central distribution hubs. At HSA’s 55-acre Gateway Business Park immediately southwest of Indianapolis International Airport, Sedgwick, a leading global provider of technology‐enabled risk, benefits and integrated business solutions, moved into its 68,486-square-foot space at Gateway V, a 262,758-square-foot facility that is now fully leased. In Wisconsin, Ryder Last Mile Inc., a national provider of last-mile logistics solutions for retail brands, recently took occupancy of its 75,290-square-foot space in the 184-acre Park 94 business park, near the Illinois-Wisconsin border.
