HSA Signs First Lease For Indy Spec
Indianapolis continues to be a winning market for Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial. The firm recently signed a 60,000-square-foot lease at its new speculative industrial facility in Plainfield, Ind. According to Bob Smietana, vice chairman and CEO of HSA, tenant demand has been strong and he anticipates a full lease-up of the 220,000-square-foot facility by the end of the year.
