One of Chicago’s most advantageously located lakefront apartment towers will soon receive a multi-million-dollar renovation. Taylor Johnson client Crescent Heights recently added North Harbor Tower, a 600-unit apartment building in the Lakeshore East neighborhood, to its portfolio of Inspired Living properties.
