As the star performer in Chicago’s newest luxury buildings, interior design can shape a building’s identity and is often thoughtfully considered even before the architect takes pen to paper. With stellar examples from Taylor Johnson clients, including Related Midwest and Fifteen Fifty on the Park, we worked on a story with Chicago Tribune writer Cindy Dampier about the rising relevance of a building’s interior aesthetic in catering to prospects’ lifestyles and connecting with residents. Read more here about the interiors at Related Midwest’s RAMSA-designed One Bennett Park, including an interview with Related’s senior vice president Ann Thompson, and at Fifteen Fifty on the Park.

This model living room in Related Midwest’s One Bennett Park (top) was outfitted by Bruce Fox Design to complement the building’s art-deco-inspired design. Condominiums at Fifteen Fifty on the Park (bottom) were designed with an artful modernist flair and sleek kitchens.
