Recently, the general contractor promoted Matt Shepard to vice president of construction, a newly created role that puts Shepard at the helm of projects from the pre-construction phase through to completion. Three developments Shepard is currently wrapping up for Kinzie include Amazing Grace, an assisted living and memory care community in Chicago’s Norridge Park neighborhood, and suburban rental communities Avere on Duane in Glen Ellyn and 10 North Main in Mount Prospect.
