Kiser Group Brokers Sale Of 25 Evanston Apartments For $7.9 Million
The multifamily market continues to be hot for Taylor Johnson client Kiser Group, which recently closed on the sale of 25 apartments in Evanston. The Chicago-based brokerage firm closed on more than $13 million in sales in June. Crain’s has the story.
