Lendlease Transforms A Full West Loop Block With Porte
Chicago’s building boom has made land one of the most precious commodities for builders and developers. It’s especially rare for a developer to have the opportunity to transform an entire city block — yet that’s exactly what Taylor Johnson client Lendlease, along with co-developer The John Buck Company and partner Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, did with their new development, Porte. Located at 855 W. Madison in Chicago’s West Loop, Porte is a two-tower mixed-use development offering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom rental townhomes. Taylor Johnson worked with Curbed Chicago to announce the recent start of pre-leasing. We then secured additional coverage in outlets including Bisnow Chicago, Connect Chicago, Chicago Agent Magazine and REBusinessOnline.

Earlier this month, Lendlease Development, along with co-developer The John Buck Company and partner Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, launched pre-leasing at Porte, a two-tower, mixed-use development in Chicago’s West Loop.
