When we learned the Chicago edition of Luxe Interiors + Design was looking to profile soon-to-open residential buildings with high-end design, we quickly connected the outlet with Taylor Johnson client Moceri + Roszak to discuss its latest development, Parkline Chicago. Located in Chicago’s Loop and designed by Thomas Roszak Architecture, Parkline is a 26-story, new-construction luxury tower opening in spring 2021 with 24 condominium homes atop 190 rental apartments. As noted in the resulting article, each residence offers a gracious layout with a balance of formal and informal living spaces accentuated by design elements like 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and Snaidero custom cabinetry. Parkline also offers an exclusive owners-only amenity floor with a sky terrace, as well as two additional amenity levels for all residents.

Parkline Chicago, under construction in Chicago’s Loop, is a new luxury condominium and apartment tower offering residents sweeping views of the city’s skyline, Lake Michigan and Millennium Park.
