When Taylor Johnson client Mary Cook Associates (MCA) and developer Toll Brothers Apartment Living decided to use a holistic design approach for Oleander, a newly opened luxury apartment building in the Atlanta area, we knew we could pique the attention of national and local media. After all, not all renters are motivated by wellness. As we shared with media how MCA used psychographics to understand the wants and needs of Oleander’s target audience in determining the holistic design of the building and its amenity spaces, the stories soon followed. Resulting coverage has appeared in both Multifamily Executive and Curbed Atlanta.
