As more people click to shop, developers such as Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial Real Estate are diversifying retail centers with a mix of uses that essentially create walkable communities. At The Mayfair Collection in Wauwatosa, Wis., HSA Commercial is doing just that, recently announcing plans to add traditional office as well as co-working space to complement the existing retail, restaurant, residential and hospitality offerings. TJ recently connected the developer with Bisnow and GlobeSt.com to talk more about its plans.
