When Taylor Johnson client James McHugh Construction Co. wrapped up two major Chicago apartment projects – a supertall and a mid-rise – we saw the chance to highlight the firm’s versatility by combining both achievements in one press release. For the 76-story NEMA Chicago, we noted the pandemic pivots McHugh made to finish the building’s Skyline Collection. And for Westerly, we showcased McHugh’s ability to work alongside two other TJ clients – Westerly‘s developer Fifield Companies and its interiors firm Morgante Wilson Architects – to deliver the building three weeks ahead of schedule. Resulting coverage appeared in outlets including Building Design + ConstructionMulti-Housing NewsRE JournalsCommercial Construction & Renovation and Bisnow Chicago.
