As noted in yesterday’s TJ TALK Feature, there were two stellar panels at last week’s Metro-Chicago Apartment Summit hosted by the Illinois Real Estate Journal.

The second panel featured Taylor Johnson client Todd Stofflet of Kiser Institutional Group and focused on must-have amenities for today’s renters and how they factor into a building’s sale price.
