With its prime location off Michigan Avenue in Streeterville, mixed-use development Optima Signature, by Taylor Johnson client Optima, Inc., has been quick to line up a mix of retail tenants meeting the needs of the building’s residents and the neighborhood. In fact, only a year after the first Montessori preschool in Streeterville, Guidepost Montessori at Magnificent Mile, opened its doors at Optima Signature, the school found so much success that it recently leased an additional 14,000 square feet to open an elementary school in the building’s last available retail space.
