It’s not every day that one of Chicago’s most sought-after North Shore suburbs sees the opening of its first luxury rental community in over a decade. Such was the case when Taylor Johnson client M&R Development recently opened The Residences of Wilmette, a 75-unit community in downtown Wilmette, Ill.
