Multifamily Buildings Find Creative Ways To Keep Residents Connected In The New Normal
2020 was a year rife with isolation but Taylor Johnson clients Related Midwest, 727 West Madison and Lendlease resolved early on to keep their buildings’ residents connected through it all. By planning plant pop-up shops, food truck visits, outdoor activities and play dates for the little ones, and dog treat making classes and puppy photo shoots for those with four-legged friends, multifamily developers and their property management teams kept their residents active and engaged.
