Under construction since 2016, One Bennett Park, Chicago’s first residential tower designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), opened its doors to apartment residents on Nov. 16. Developed by Taylor Johnson client Related Midwest, the 70-story Streeterville building, which will feature condominiums on its upper floors, has aimed to redefine high-rise living in downtown Chicago. Taylor Johnson recently arranged for Curbed Chicago to have the first look at the building’s apartment lobby, model rental residences and 17,000 square feet of completed amenities.
