With no shortage of new-construction apartment buildings in Chicago, Taylor Johnson helps media learn what distinguishes its clients’ projects from the competition. This sometimes includes inviting real estate media for private building tours. In a recent story, Curbed named One Bennett Park, developed by TJ client Related Midwest, and 727 West Madison, from TJ client Fifield Cos. with interiors by TJ client Morgante Wilson Architects, as two of its favorites among a bevy of newly completed luxury apartment developments.  Referring to One Bennett Park as a “slice of New York in Streeterville,” Curbed highlights the 70-story building’s stunning limestone pergola and offers high praise for design details both inside and out. The tour of 727 West Madison showcased the curved glass tower’s expansive views of the city, which can be enjoyed from comfortable leather chair swings in the sleek resident’s lounge.
