Climbing toward its full 70-story height, One Bennett Park, the newest Streeterville development by Taylor Johnson client Related Midwest, surpassed the 50th-floor mark last week.

Now more than 540 feet tall, the ultra-luxury residential tower designed by New York-based Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) is already making a significant mark on the downtown skyline. With 69 condominiums on levels 41 through 66, and 279 apartments on its lower floors, One Bennett Park will be Chicago’s tallest all-residential tower upon completion in early 2019.
