And with Optima’s latest venture at its marquee Chicago tower, Optima Signature in Streeterville, it’s taking how people work to the next level. In one of the first offerings of its kind in the Chicago luxury rental market, Optima Signature is now leasing coworking office suites. The 22 furnished suites range in size from 200 to 720 square feet and give tenants access to building amenities, such as an indoor pool, fitness center and indoor basketball court.
