Parkline Chicago Developer/Architect Thomas Roszak Named 2020 AIA Fellow
With three decades of architecture and development experience in the Chicago market, Thomas Roszak, partner with Taylor Johnson client Moceri + Roszak, has been named a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects for 2020. The prestigious Fellow designation is awarded to AIA members who have made significant contributions to the architecture profession and who exemplify architectural excellence. Roszak, who also is founder and principal of Thomas Roszak Architecture, has designed, built and developed more than $3 billion of real estate. One of his latest achievements is the design and development of Parkline Chicago, a 26-story luxury condominium and apartment tower in the Loop that features stunning lake, park and skyline views through floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive outdoor terraces and three floors of amenity spaces.
