With the COVID-19 pandemic causing so much uncertainty surrounding when and how employees will return to their offices en masse, we approached Forbes with a roundtable of Taylor Johnson clients – BKV GroupFulton EastMoceri + RoszakNAI Hiffman and Ryan Companies – offering up their collective expertise on what C-suite office space attributes employees will need to see to feel comfortable and excited about heading back to the office. Their answers ranged from incorporating design principles like expansive outdoor balconies and a rooftop park to having easy access to the creature comforts of home, including natural ventilation and high indoor air quality.
