To say April was a month-long celebration for Taylor Johnsonclient Proper Title, LLC, is an understatement.  Not only did the firm experience a 15% rise in closings in the first quarter compared to the same period last year, but it also revealed its newly expanded Loop office at 180 N. LaSalle St. and a new office in St. Charles, which was prompted by a surge in requests for a closing location in Chicago’s far west suburbs. These announcements came on the heels of two major awards for the firm as well — its selection to Crain’s 2019 Best Places to Work and its fifth year in a row of earning the “Rising Star / Excellence in Action” award by Fidelity Investments. A number of outlets covered the news, including RE Journals, Bisnow Chicago, Connect Chicago, The Title Report and National Mortgage Professional Magazine.
