Over the past month, Randy Fifield, chairwoman of  Taylor Johnson client  Fifield Realty Corp.

has led two inspiring events that champion women in their roles as community leaders. At the Rotary Club of Chicago 2018 Woman of the Year luncheon, Randy’s keynote celebrated the four honorees and their achievements on behalf of women and children. And yesterday, in partnership with the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago (HBAGC), Randy and Elissa Morgante, principal of TJ client Morgante Wilson Architecture, sat on a panel focused on women in building.
